| - What's good is that if you're having your car serviced, they have the parts on site. What's bad is they mark them up a bit. Not tremendously, but a bit. It's worth it for you to buy them and hand them to them or negotiate to use the store price. They fixed my car quickly and efficiently. What sort of left me with a bad taste in my mouth was that I had a $25 coupon I got from the web. I discussed it with them the day before. It was for $25 off on $100 in merchandise. Well, as you may be able to guess, since they got the parts from their retail store (instead of my handing them to them--see above), they didn't want to honor it. They did, in the end. They didn't have to. Sure, I was appreciative, since I had that verbal agreement with the service tech the day before. But what got me was that after they honored it, they weren't happy about it, didn't say 'Thanks for the business,' didn't wish me a nice day, etc. etc. I would have rated them a 4 or 5 if not for this.
