As a vegan, I was disappointed at the lack of nutritious vegetables in our lunch. I got about two cups of white rice, one piece of tomato and three pieces of potatoes, some gross gelatinous tofu and a bowl of coconut milk. My husband had a plate of noodles, tofu and bean sprouts. Would love to have had a bunch of broccoli or peas. No wonder there are so many diabetics in the U.S. The waitress has such a thick accent I couldn't understand her and scowled the entire time. I'd rather of eaten at Pei Wei. They have the yummiest, chewiest, tastiest tofu with gobs of vegetables and BROWN rice!!!!! I was actually nauseous an hour after I ate.
