  • The front desk staff is negligent. I checked in and was immediately called up to pay my co-pay. Once my co-pay was paid for, they failed to notify the doctor that I was there for my appointment. After waiting an hour, I asked informed them that my name still hadn't been called for my appointment. It was then that they finally informed the doctor that I was there. At no point did the front desk staff check on me even though I was waiting right in front of them for an hour. The entire waiting room was clear because everyone else had been called and they still didn't realize that I was being overlooked. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the front desk staff.
