  • Sears never told me that I had to have a serial and model number for them to service my wall oven. The sticker inside the microwave portion of the unit had been worn and faded over time. And we only bought our home 2 years ago so I have no owners manuals. So all I got was a waste of time, and they still charged me the $99.00 service fee for absolutely nothing. So disappointed. I used to trust Sears.. Save your money and hire someone else.
