  • Outstanding on all accounts. We found Furniture Markdowns 15 or so years ago, and bought a custom sectional, and some "cheap" (we knew going in they were cheap) chairs for an old dining room table we had. We had an amazing experience then. The sectional was outstanding quality and looked and more/less felt brand new when we went looking for something new 15 years later (about a month ago). When our family heard we were looking to replace the sectional, they literally fought over WHO was going to get it. :) We just went back and bought a new bed frame, end tables and mattress set and had it delivered. Great quality, fast professional delivery. At some point in the delivery process, one of the end tables and the foot board were nicked. Being white furniture it really showed. No questions asked they scheduled us for replacements and they were delivered to the house inside of 2 weeks at no charge. So, we went back again and bought a formal living room sofa and love seat, another sectional and some other random pieces. Again, Mike is outstanding (we always get there right as he's trying to close... sorry man) but he still takes time to make sure we see everything, try everything and understand everything. Mike is REALLY good at explaining where quality and price cross and make sure you are happy with your choice. He explains WHO the manufacturer is, what level of quality to expect, what materials to expect, etc. All of this helps us make the best decision that matches our situation or goals for our furniture. Are you buying something to get you through the next couple of years, or is this something you're expecting to keep forever and pass down the generations... Anyway, to make a long story longer, Furniture Markdowns is and will continue to be our first, and likely last stop when we are buying furniture that we actually care about. I marked "pricey" on the survey, but how much you spend is completely up to you.
