  • This is in regard to PA Kourtney Mortimer's office. I was a patient here for the last few years up until last week when I suddenly and without warning came to find out I am no longer a patient in their system. No explanation was given. Tried to call in my urgently needed medication to help with my flare up from my condition and I did not receive any promised call back. They did not attempt to contact me in any way. I gave them DAYS to call back. Nothing. No calls, texts, emails, voicemails. After realizing I was not getting any type of communication and seeing that my condition was worsening, I was forced to go check into an urgent care on a Saturday. The doctor there saw how sick I was, wrote a very simple prescription (I didn't require a large rx) and thankfully I'm okay now. This urgent care doctor wasn't even well versed on my particular illness like PA Mortimer and still he did a better and more professional job. To anyone who is in Southwest Medicals system: I'd recommend you to go elsewhere or risk being neglected. These clowns don't care about patients.
