  • Worst service ever! Took a Delsey suitcase for warranty repair. Called me 9 weeks later stating suitcase was ready. When I went to pick it up the guy told me he had fixed the zipper. I told him there was nothing wrong with the zipper and again showed him the 6" crack in hard case suitcase! He then acts like he doesn't speak English & states Delsey won't fix.
