  • Needed a new fixture for the dining room and this place had a great selection of contemporary lighting. After showing Barb the area and giving her the dimension of my table, she said the one I really loved would be too small which was really disappointing. But, we found something else and it looks great. We also bought a fan from her. About 2 months later, I realized the fixture I loved would be perfect for my kitchen. Unfortunately I had deleted the photo I had taken and it was no longer in the store or on their website. No one could remember it. Then, I discovered the picture in my trash file. I emailed it to Barb who called me immediately and told me that although it had been discontinued, she had located a few in California. I showed her a photo of where it would hang and she agreed that it would be perfect. I placed the order which arrived in a week. It looks gorgeous. All the installations were done by my husband. I am really confused by the reviews which mentioned poor service. My experience was different. Sometimes you do have to wait to speak to someone but that is because they take their time with each customer and you want to see someone specific, you have to wait. Prices are reasonable and both items we ordered came in within 2 weeks and within the time frames we were quoted. Barb is a great designer with excellent taste!
