  • My wife and I bought our first home in Phoenix several years ago and as our family has grown we found ourselves in need of a bigger house. Rather than sell the first one we decided to keep it as a rental for a while which turned out to be a good decision as the market really appreciated over the past few years. However, things began to slow down and the hassle of owning a rental home was just more than we cared to handle so we decided to sell it. We new we wanted a real estate agent with lots of experience who came highly recommended. We had heard fantastic things about the Gluch Group from several friends and decided to do some online research as well. We loved all the great reviews on yelp and other sites and decided to enlist them to help with the sale of our rental. There are so many little details involved in selling a home, so many ways to make a costly mistake and we felt so much better knowing that we had a realtor with tons of experience on our side. The Gluch Group really delivered and the sale of our home went amazingly well. Our old tenant ended up buying the home from us and the team helped us smoothly navigate what could have been an awkward situation. We had come to know the tenant personally and negotiating with her on the sale was so much easier having a real estate agent handle the back and forth details. The Gluch Group was honest, quick to respond, and made the whole process super easy. All of our fears and concerns over working with a realtor were relieved and we were super happy that our home sold quickly and for exactly what we were asking for it.
