  • If you're looking for a real estate agent who can help you with literally every aspect of buying, selling, real estate investing, or even managing real estate then you've found the right guy! As cheesy as that may sound, Ed and his team have helped numerous friends and family of mine navigate the home buying or selling process over the years. He's top notch real estate agent who's mastered every different market, successfully. Since I moved to Denver, I've been renting my Phoenix home out for the past 3 years. I recently became engaged, and decided it was time to sell to prepare the new exciting life events coming my way. Without a second thought I called Ed. He listened to my needs, and was realistic about what I should expect out of the sale of my home. He previewed my property and sent me video and photos of the condition of my home, which I NEVER expected but was eternally grateful for being that I'm out of state! Then came the tough talk, Ed explained exactly what my home needed to be ready not only to list, but more so the improvements it needs to get me top dollar and to stand out in this competitive Phoenix market. Although putting money into it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear, I couldn't be more grateful that he always had my best interest in mind and from the start set clear expectations with me on what was needed to get what I wanted from the sale of my home. Ed educating me of my options, that I could increase the sale price so much but investing a little was definately something I was interested in after all. Ed is much, much more than a real estate agent, he is an expert, he is an advisor, he is the perfect real estate consultant. He is a true professional when it comes to working with the other agent to get your deal done as smoothly and swiftly as possible. If you're searching for a real estate agent for Phoenix, Scottsdale, or any part of the Valley, I truly couldn't recommend him more, and can confidently say that he will raise the bar and exceed your expectations.
