  • Just had a interaction with a woman here who says she's the owner. As I am changing a ten dollar bill to do my laundry. She says why are you getting change ..where is your laundry?..We don't want you to take are quarters. Grilling me wanting a answer. I ask who are you? I'm the owner. Raising her eyebrows as if to say I'm the boss. I am taking aback. Very rude for one. Selecting me like that and not waiting to see what was going to do next. I wait to bring in my laundry. I don,t like to leave my clothes unattended. She says oh. looking at me like i did her wrong.. i just walked into the laundry location and went straight for the bill changer.. i did nothing more but getting ready to do laundry. Very bad customer service leader. the owners mind was made up before i did anything .. Not even a sorry for my mistaking me as another person. Just an excuse for her bad behavior. "We have people coming in here and taking are change and leaving". Bad owner. Bad behavior. Bad etiquette. i stayed to do my laundry for a hour... never an apology.. just her cleaning and looking like a person who did me wrong and never admitting to her bad actions.
