  • After checking their website, I called the store to ask about a specific pen. Jay, the storekeeper who answered my call, knew immediately of the pen to which I was inquiring, and was able to handle all my questions. Once to the shop, Jay assisted me with the pen, and was able to reassure me my choice was solid - then also informing me to warranties, refills and other incidentals regarding my new purchase. He was friendly, knowledgable, and even assisted me in easily finding the location of the store. A+ on customer service, and you can find a great pen here indifferent of your price range. Loved the store and the service! Thanks!!
