  • This nail salon does not deserve ONE star. I am all for giving places chances and trying them out but the employees are just their to make money and have no interest in providing good customer service. Walked in and was asked what I was there for. Informed the employee I needed gel polish removed. Did not need any additional services in which I know this would literally have only taken them 10 minutes. Being that I was a walk in, I did not have an issue with waiting until a family of 3 walked in after me for pedicures and they had to wait as well but as soon as one of the nail techs was done he asked them to get in the chairs to start their pedicures and did not acknowledge the fact I was there before the other customers. I had no issues with walking out. Went home and figured out how to remove my own gel polish. Wouldn't have paid them a penny for the way they treat their customers. Such a shame.
