  • Still impressed! Ive rented 2 different houses from them, in total about 3 years now and just signed another renewal. Cheri is very quick to reply to all of my emails, and any of my maintenance requests have been addressed within a few days. My carpet was flooded during monsoon season last summer, and they had a vendor out the same night to begin extracting water. Overall, no complaints!! I'm honestly hesitant to ever move into a property that they don't manage, because I think it would be hard to find another management company with this good of service. They set the bar pretty high!
