  • I've used Sun Country for several years now. We replaced both HVAC units with them. There were some factory issues with one of the units, but these guys stuck with us and made everything right again, even when it took a while to figure things out. Cheryl is always fantastic on the phone, the technicians are always polite and efficient. They are fair and truthful. I don't even shop around anymore with HVAC. I always call them and they always come through. I've never been so loyal to any one company before.
