  • I really wish I had read these reviews prior to scheduling appointments with this practice. I won't complain much about the wait times, trying to stay positive.....they could have been worse. Dr. Baldauf is a good doctor along with his PA Amanda and his nurse practioner Susan Bell. My frustration is with the office staff, Crystal in the call center is amazing and goes above and beyond! With that said if you require any communication outside of your doctor's visit DO NOT EXPECT MUCH!!!! I would call and leave messages and I didn't get a response for 5 days. Only to be told there was no message left. I was scheduled for surgery and called the day before to confirm the time I was suppose to show up at facility only to be told I was going to be cancelled. Really?!!!! You couldn't call me anytime prior to the day before surgery and let me know this was being cancelled because of an insurance glitch?! Then I was promised I would be rescheduled the following week and it turns out it was 3 weeks later. Like some of the other reviews I guess I'm just a dollar sign. I've worked in health care before I get your busy! I get you have a million patients! Clearly they need a lesson on communication skills. If you don't have enough help then they should hire more help, or someone who can handle the workload.
