  • Donuts were fresh and delicious. That is the only reason they got 3 stars instead of 1! I went to the drive thru and they were less than thrilled that I was there to order. When I got to the window to pay, the guy gave me the total. Those were his only words. No "hello" no "thank you" no "have a nice day" no "you're welcome". That was so very disappointing :( and I find it unacceptable. There are plenty of other places I can go to getting crappy service like that, Krispy Kreme wasn't supposed to be one of those...
