  • This place is my new Dutch location near me and most likely even when I am not near, I will drive! Coffee is amazing, but the service is PHENOMENAL! I have to call out "JEFFERSON"! This was our first time at this location as we just moved in the area and he was extremely kind, courteous, full of energy and ENGAGING! If you are in business, you know that this means everything- CUSTOMER SERVICE and ENGAGEMENT! This wasn't a "TRY" for Jefferson, this was entirely INNATE! A skill and ability that you can't train! I had to post this because this is rare and talent like this needs to be discovered by the customer service industry! Beware Dutch Bros! He's a gem! Talent like this is hard to find! Kudos to Keenan at the front that took our feedback. Dutch Bros - thank you for the great experience and always the great coffee no matter what location, but you need to recognize the new talent you have, because talent like that may be scooped up as customer service talent is hard to find! Watch out, he may be recruited! Nice hire! Love the coffee and great staff - kudos to the manager and especially all the staff! Great job!
