  • This place is live right now! Music was loud and pumping, which might not appeal to everyone. This is my first ramen fix after moving to Calgary, and Jinya did not disappoint. I had the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was rich and flavourful; the noodles had just the right amount of teeth to them. Garlic was free (yay!) and I was given fresh garlic and a press. I loooove raw garlic in my ramen (much to the dismay of anyone in talking range) and this made me very happy. I'll be sure to try the other options soon!
