  • I wanted to try this place out I got a studio suite. For My birthday The suit was great. But thought they let people go on the balcony.Once I went to room. I called and ask if there was a key to outside and see the view. They told me due to security reasons its lock..If i knew that I would of not book it.I check in around 6 pm.The gym closed at 8pm and the pool closed at 7pm. I did not like that either.When I check in. The guy was talking to his co worker. about how he made over 1,000 a week in comm.And does not any more..Who Cares!.Then when I check out A lady that work there was very rude.I was waiting in line for like 30 mins. then she said next so I came up to the desk.And she told me I was not next. I told her i was and been in line for like over 30 mins. And she told me I have not eat since 5am..First of all you need to treat customers much nicer. Regardless if i live in vegas or not. I will not stay here at all. The people that work behind the desk ruin it.Plenty of other casinos in vegas where i can go.My shower did work either. After sitting in hot tub wanted to rinse off could not shower would not turn on.
