  • This is a solid Zipp's location (especially when compared to the location at Miller and Camelback). Clean place and friendly service. Rarely super busy and the patio is a good option, with a view of the parking lot and some foot traffic. The food is typical bar fare, try to get here for happy hour or for a nightly special with something you like. Come to this location for a cleaner, less busy Zipp's experience.
