We bought over $10,000 worth of furniture. The salesperson was awesome. But it's been not even a year later and we've had issues with a coffee table and leather couch. The store manager sent out a tech both times and both times the tech (one a wood yech and one a leather tech) and both said the pieces were defective and that Bassett would fix. Then the store manager called and said that the pieces were t defective and that Bassett wouldn't fix. Why send a tech out when you know you're not going to fix it? I wouldn't buy a thing from Bassett--at this point, we're going to take our complaint to a higher authority. Do your research if you're thinking about buying from Bassett--I wish we had.
