  • I had a door ding repair done last year and being new to Vegas, didn't know where to take my car so did some yelping and found MAB&P. I can't believe I didn't write a great review then because they did an amazing job at that time - perfect color match to the pearl red and, of course, they took care of the ding, which was more of a weird door dent which was actually a jagged jam and scrape across my passenger side door. They were super accommodating and helped me with getting a rental and uber to and from work and back. Flash forward to a year later, which was about 3 weeks ago when an uninsured driver plowed into the side of my vehicle and rendered it undrivable. Because I had such a good experience with my seemingly small (in comparison) door ding the first time, I had my car towed to MAB&P for the repairs, hoping for the best. Not only were they quick and professional, they exceeded my expectations in terms of both customer service and repair work! As the other driver was not insured, they made certain to keep me apprised of not only what they were doing to complete the work but also what the correspondence had been between their shop and my insurance company. I have to say that each time I called or emailed, they were 100% on top of knowing exactly what was happening, time frame and estimates! I have to give a big shout out to Derek, who was able to send me photos, estimates and everything I requested via phone and email throughout the process so I felt really comfortable with all they were doing in order to get my car back to me in working order. When I finally got my car back, the work was fantastic! Derek was available to answer all of my questions and provided me information I hadn't even considered. Top notch! Their work speaks for itself, for sure. The repairs look brand new (I bought my car new) and drives as well as it did prior. But it is really difficult these days to find great customer service and Metropolitan Auto Body and Paint really does a nice job of it a good experience. I would absolutely recommend them and they are now my "go to" place. Thanks to all who helped make my crappy situation a bit better and certainly less stressful - much appreciated!!!
