I was initially very happy with the Pineapple Pool service. Their techs came out and were VERY thorough in cleaning up the pool and spa. As the months went by the service tech kept changing and the service quality was especially erratic. I had to keep following up with them to complain about issues around techs. Some were coming and saying my pool had been cleaned up and then I came back same day to see leaves everywhere. I essentially had to start reminding them when to check my salt cell as well when they said that was part of their "comprehensive" checklist for each visit. Lastly, I had to take a break from service as we were in the process of remodeling our pool. I usually had service on Thursdays and Fridays every-week before the remodel. After my remodel was complete and the service restarted however all of a sudden I was on Mondays. I called to request my days return to Thursday/Friday and they told they could not move days per my request. They had "optimized" the routes after they had grown in business and told me that my area could just not be serviced any other days other than Mondays. I was ABSOLUTELY completely shocked at that response. Once my service contract expires, I will begin my search yet again for a good pool service company.
It is sad to see a company that could have been great, turn into such a disappointment.
