| - The company did not fix the problem the first time. The person I was speaking with stated she was the owner of the company. Amy. While waiting all afternoon for them to return to our home, I called at 4PM. She stated I was next on the list, and that was the best they could provide. I asked if the technician had a cell phone, and if they could provide a better description of when he could arrive, she stated that was an unrealistic expectation from a service provider.
Not only are they unable to correct a problem, the owner of the company is rude, insulting, snarky, and stating that getting a window or time to expect their technician was an unreasonable expectation. If this type of response comes from the owner of a company, I can only imagine how poor the service is from the rest of the organization.
"Good luck trying to find another service provider at this hour" was her direct comment to me while making me feel like I was being held hostage at this point. I still cancelled, as I refuse to be treated with such poor customer service.
I am on the phone now with Old Republic Home warranty, and will file a formal complaint against this service provider. STAY AWAY!!!!!
