Terrible. I haven't dealt with this carrier before, but my first experience was not impressive. I had 2 Amazon Prime packages which were stating delivered at 11:30AM Monday 2/23, and by Tuesday 2/24 at 10PM I still hadn't received them. Turns out both were supposedly delivered by LaserShip. Also turns out that because the company's office closes at 9PM there was no one around to help the Amazon customer service rep resolve the issue.
Thankfully, Amazon has great service representatives, and I was able to get a refund and expedited (1 day) shipping of replacement items.
