  • I have only visited this Walgreens a few other times in the past. This review will not be to comment on any experience I had within the store and will only be to comment on an amazing experience I had with Donyelle during my last visit to pick up my regular medication through the drive-thru. To save you guys the lengthy details, basically I was in between insurances for a couple weeks (no fault of my own), and I needed to pick up my medicine. I was told the cash price to buy the script was going to be close to 200 dollars. When I went to drop off the prescription, I was fortunate enough to have Donyelle assist me. I briefly explained the unique predicament I was in and asked her to help if she could. She was extremely pleasant and kind and asked me to give her 15 mins and come back, and said she would see what she could do. When I came back to pick up the medicine, I was ecstatic to find out the price had been reduced to $80. Maybe this is not unheard of. I admit I am a bit ignorant to the inner-workings of the healthcare/ insurance industry. However, this does not take away from how exceptional the service was I received. Donyelle was extremely sweet and made me feel she cared about me and my needs. I will definitely spend the few extra minutes to go out of my way to come to this Walgreens in the future. The pharmacy department here rocks! Thank you!
