  • I loved Andy Hicks! Very professional and knowledgeable. The stars are for him. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to Arrowhead for my treatments. They have a $100 non refundable appointment deposit. I would never anticipate canceling an appointment, but what if something happened and I had to cancel. It must me nice to be able to be busy enough to be able to enforce such a policy. I understand that patients canceling must be a huge issue for doctors, but this seems ridiculous to me. Unfortunately, I'm in a business that also has an issue with cancellations, or worse...no shows, but it's part of my business. Reviewing some of the other comments here, it seems office wait time is a big issue, maybe they need a few cancellations.
