  • One word for my experience at this location, "HORRIBLE". 1) I submitted an online appointment to get checked an issue with my engine oil burning too fast. It turned out that there was a lawsuit filed against Honda for this issue, for 2008 Honda Accord Models. 2) I was called by a rep stating that I have other recalls on this car already such as the air bag and SRS and that they will check if I'm covered for extended warranty for the engine issue 3) When I arrived at the location I was told that my extended warranty expired on March 25, 2016/200,000km whichever came first (my car is now at 185,000 km) and I was not covered due to the time limitation. 4) I told her well I'm sure I had brought my car in for service back in 2016 or sometime before that, and I asked why this issue wasn't resolved back then. 5) She told me that my last appointment was in April 2016 and I had missed the free recall by a few days. I'm certain that I was purposely given a later appointment so that Honda will not be liable under the extended coverage period. 6) The service representative (Emeraude Castilloux) thought this whole situation was funny and smirked as she told me that they could not help me with my issue and that it would cost me several thousands if I wanted them to look into the issue. I had to politely ask her not to laugh 7) She said I should have got this issue checked back in April 2016 or March before my coverage expired 8) I recall Honda postponing my appointments for this issue due to missing parts, I wasn't sure why this was the case back when it happened. I now understand that it was in order to VOID the extended coverage period. 9) It is also funny to me now that the Honda dealership called me back in 2016 to sell me a brand new car instead of resolving the issue with my existing vehicle. 10) NEVER again will I buy a HONDA, especially not from this dealership. 11) This location seems to care more about selling than to follow through with customer service on the cars that they are selling.
