  • Shopping for management co. to manage my 2 properties in Henderson. I reviewed this company (and several others) in depth. I was disappointed that management did not offer any Yelp replies to unhappy tenants complaints. HOWEVER, Jorge was professional in his correspondence with me, very prompt, returned calls quickly, even texted me to follow up on my decision process. He discussed all of my concerns as a property owner. Jorge was completely gracious even when I did not choose to use his company (only because my current manager has decided to stay in LV after all, so I will keep him). I will definitely use GoldenWest in the future in the event I need a new property manager. Thank you Jorge for taking the time to answer all of my questions. Judy
