  • This motel needs some updating & better food for their "free" breakfast. Carpet very worn & bathroom very cramped space. We stayed during baseball spring training & BW obviously raises the rates during this time which is a real turnoff. $180 a night weekdays & $198 on Sat! All the hotels in the Phx area seem to do this which is shameful! Breakfast consisted of half frozen packaged sweets, sugar laden cereals & yogurt, runny scrambled eggs & tough waffles. All of the staff we came in contact with were very nice & helpful, only positive thing to say about the stay.
