| - Today United Airlines sucks, at least their French Canadian side of them. My Mom was just asking a question about wheel chair service for my Dad and about the mileage plus program, and the French Canadian United Airlines representative was very rude, impatient and disrespectful. My Mom asked what was her problem, and Her excuse was she was not feeling good, my Mom quipped, "...then if you aren't feeling good then you should go home, you are very rude.". I say it's just the french side of her, she looked OK, she just had that pissed off look like some french people do, I told my Mom to never mind her, and that they are just that way here in Quebec ( I made sure she heard me say it and stared right at her when I said it, this totally threw some cold water on her face). Customer service overall drops 25 points automatically if you are french Canadian it seems, this isn't the first time on this trip, and even the customs officer guiding passengers at customs departure was condescending.
