We went with this company because many people were using this company in our neighborhood and said they had a great experience. First Impression is all you get the first time around. Came back for two more doors and screens and it's has been very painful. Doors were installed without the screens. Installer left a mess and didn't clean up after install. Screens were damaged, scrapped. Looks like they picked them off of a foreclosure home.
Their customer service is below par. The doors were installed on the 15th along with the screens and have yet to get a phone call. I, the customer have had to do all the calls. John Garrison is the supposedly VP of production. I get no resolution. They give me a headache. Told them their quality was horrible and they need to replace or take these screens back. Their customer service "manager" Jamie is rude and never just listens. Bottom line, customer service is key and they blew it. Just hope the door doesn't fall apart. Maybe by Christmas I will get the right screens and ones made with love.
