rev:text	This has been an interesting experience so far in these apartments. I must say the area is nice, the apartments in a good area, very quiet BUT my experience here is ridiculous. I've been complaining about my air vent for he past two months in my room. Because as we all know it gets really hot out here. Ok they keep saying they fixed it but there is no air coming out of it or a little blow that's all I'm getting. So once again I've been complaining about it and t took them a while just to do something to it. But it didn't work. Mind u this had been over a two month span. So I go in the office and talk to the office people they usually help me out but of course there is only much they can say and do. So I ended u talking to the property manager Jane and when that conversation went down SHE WAS JUST AS RUDE AS HELL. I felt like she could have approached me and the conversation waaaaay better than what she did. I never wanna deal wth her again. Cause everyone keeps saying that there is nothing they can do about he vent in my room WELL IF IM PAYING RENT AND IM NOT COMFORTABLE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED SO I CANNLIVE COMFORTABLY. So basically they could have transferred me to another apartment but I hav to pay more rent? What sense that make. I shouldn't have to pay anything extra if the apartment had a bad vent in the room. I keept letting them know I sleep in that apartment so I know how it is. You can't tell me about my apartment and I'm the one in it everyday and she basically kept trying to tell me about my apartment. This is ridiculous for me to just move out here and I'm having the worst luck in these apartments. I'm thinking about canceling my lease because due to the fact I don't wanna deal with her or this problem. She also said if she has the separate contractor come out to check out my air conditioning she's gonna BILL ME, how can you tell some that. That's was really unprofessional of her. Then she said if they don't find anything wrong I Have to leave it alone. I don't have to do a damn thing if I'm not satisfied with what's wrong with my apartment. At this point I'm going to end up canceling my lease cause this is ridiculous. I'm usually pretty good about leaving reviews. Like I said nice area, and complex and everything but true management is HORRIBLE. Never in my life have I dealt with anyone like her before. I would rather something minor be wrong than something major as my air conditioning in my room be wrong. So yes u can move here nice area but just be aware when stuff starts to go wrong and how she handles stuff .
