We had a good experience at IKEA when we started, and most of the staff was helpful however when we started asking questions about "picking," which you have to pay 40.00 if you want them to get your items for you, and another 59.00 to deliver, we had the unfortunate experience of talking with a service rep named Andre. He was rude and unhelpful. For customer service I would recommend being a bit more empathetic to customer feedback and less concerned about his next break. I am at least grateful that we had Tanner to finish our order and redeem our experience at IKEA.
