  • I'm not one to take my time to write a review, usually if I don't like a place I just won't go back. But this place blew me away with their poor customer service. The guy who did my toenails was too lazy to even take off all the black polish I had on prior to getting my new color and now I have black polish smears covering my toes and peeking through the blue polish he caked on top of my toenails. He was so in a hurry to go smoke his cigarette the second I got out of the chair that he couldn't even do his freaking job right. Not to mention the poor girl next to me said "Can I take these off my fingernails my fingers are burning it's been over 30 minutes." (She was talking about the foil they wrap around your fingers to get the gel polish off.) The lady didn't even respond to her and literally handed her a tool to scrape her own gel polish off of her nails while she tended to someone else's... The girl said "Wow I've never had to pay to do my own nails before." Unbelievable. I'll never be going back and I'm surprised this place is still in business.
