rev:text	I brought my kitten here for his first vet check up. Judging from the reviews, I picked this place over my regular veterinarian because the prices were far cheaper than what they were going to charge. I will not be coming back. I felt like my appointment with the vet was incredibly rushed and I felt like I was being pushed out of the place. I had noticed that my kitten's ears weren't clean and I asked the vet to take a look at it. He glanced inside of his ears and said they were just dirty, gave my kitten his shot and I was on my way out of there. I assumed it would be an inexpensive visit. When I returned a few days later to drop off the fecal sample I was asked to bring in, I was charged another $80 on top of the initial vet appointment to send it to their lab - something they did not tell me was not included in the initial appointment fee. When I dropped off the fecal sample, there was no one at the desk. The hospital was empty inside, no other clients, and there were two workers in the back, talking about South Park - it seemed unprofessional. No one had noticed that I walked in and I was there for a good 5 minutes before they even realized that someone had walked in. A month later, my kitten's ears were getting worse. I brought him to another vet, where he was diagnosed with ear mites (as I had originally expected). They were severe and they were kind enough to do a thorough cleaning of his ears to help him out, as he was pretty uncomfortable and itchy. The appointment was impersonal and rushed and I didn't get the overall impression that they truly cared about the wellbeing of the cat.
