| - This last minute steal from Expedia was exceptional. For the moment we pulled up to the front of the hotel, exceptional service right off the back. I'm a kind of person that doesn't mind staying off of the strip, considering I've been to Las Vegas many times, not to mention the fact that I have lived there for a couple of years.
It was a busy afternoon, there were guests checking out when we were checking in but that did not stop the excellent service that we received from the moment that we got there. The front desk staff or so personable and cheerful. They were also very accommodating and offered us a downstairs room, considering my injury. I did notice that the ad when I booked the place said that it was a suite, but I did not expect the place to be as large and comfortable as it was. I couldn't even tell that there were other people staying at the same Hotel, the room was very cozy and quiet. Excellent for a restful evening. The casino and night scene was hopping, 24-hour cafe available for late-night meetups. There was a live band and one of the cocktail lounges and it looked like a lot of people are having a lot of fun. The casino was great, I guess. I don't gamble so I don't know.
It was pretty cold so we didn't experience the cool, but it was outside of my window and it looked like it would have been fun had the weather permitted for such enjoyment. There was a lot of conveniences about this location, it was across the street from some of my favorite restaurants like Lawry's, Fogo de Chao, Panera and of course you can never stay too far from a Starbucks.
The entire stay was extremely enjoyable, the room was large enough so that we could have guests over for dessert and drinks, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was possibly my favorite part of the entire room. It was so huge, and there was a separate tub and shower, lot of counter space and a huge mirror. Most importantly, something we lack at home, the Dual sync action. I hope to stay at the Tuscany Time After Time, year after year. It was a very good selection and my husband and I were extremely pleased
