  • Michael is very professional and he follows through immediately. He was at the beach when I called and not only did he take the call, he responded via text afterwards. He also was very professional and immediately explained that he was away for the weekend but would get to me as soon as he got back. He also scheduled a time and was very respectful of the time factors. He also promised a military discount and was true to his word. Upon coming back to town he texted me and asked to come by for an assessment. I was going to call him for the same thing!! We scheduled a time for him to come by. During the time that he arrived my grandchildren were visiting. He took it in stride and even laughed at the grandson's jokes. It was hilarious. The quote was very fair and the professionalism displayed was bar none. I cannot wait to see the finished product.
