  • Head nurse and Dr Daryl Wong are the only two positives here. There's one other friendly nurse (been coming here for years, sorry I don't know her name) receptionist is generally friendly as well. Most of the nurses are combative or at the very least, grumpy, on a daily basis. I have several kids being treated by the staff here. Unannounced closings happen more than they should, prbly based on bad staffing management, and if it wasn't such trouble to switch to a diff practice, I would. It's just too much to deal with. Can't say I recommend this office to anyone, sadly. Edited a year later to add---we've been with these guys for almost 7 years now. They STILL do not know how to say my children's names and if they are boys or girls. Seven years. Two weeks ago the WRONG child was given a shot. If I didn't feel stuck here i would run screaming.
