  • Traded my car in on a 2013 Ford from their pre-owned lot. I worked with Angie in sales and Heather in financing and could not have been more pleased. Angie is a natural problem solver and worked very hard to make sure we arrived at a deal I was comfortable with. She also made the experience very relaxed, fun and enjoyable. Truly a pleasure to work with! Heather in financing was equally good at her end of the job and had me in and out in no time with no games played and gave me the exact deal we had agreed to on top of being able to squeeze in an excellent warranty. Most dealerships would have scoffed at the deal I wanted ( another dealership in fact DID scoff at the deal), but Cochran Hyundai found a way to make it work. I cannot recommend them enough. I would recommend #1 Cochran Hyundai in general and Angie in particular. This was about two months ago. I have since also had my first service done on the car. I live in Moon Township so the Monroeville location is obviously a little out of the way. They were able to get me scheduled at the Robinson location and the Service appointment went almost as well as the original sale. Very happy so far.
