I came in and bought some product. While I was rushing to leave the mall I left the product in the store. I called and talked to somebody or tried to talk to somebody. The lady told me my phone was breaking up and she could hardly hear me. Before I even could repeat myself or wait and see if my line cleared up she just hung up in my face! I cannot believe a professional person would do something like that. She told me to come back tomorrow evening and the same lady that help me with the product should be able to give me my items. I told her that I was not able to do that and that I would come in the morning. She told me she would put my name on the bag and put it away for me. When I got to the store the next morning they told me I don't think it's here you have to look at customer service. Then they said oh let me check the desk. Went to check and said no it's not here you have to go to customer service. I asked him why did why didn't you guys just leave it here when I told the lady I was coming right back in the morning. They said it's not there policy but Dillards. They did another glance and said oh it is here. The customer service here is so so bad. I keep trying to get this location chances thinking that it will change and it will not. I will not be shopping at this location again. I love Mac products so I will continue to buy but I will order online or go to a different location. Because I refuse to spend my hard-earned money at a location that doesn't acknowledge me. I'm done with the store.
