  • No stars would be a better rating. I'm surprised this place is still open. They have the rudest employees with the most crappiest customer service. This Filipino old man there is a perfect bad example. Since when are you allowed to pull your friends in front of the line that is already 10 people deep? And then with those same people do you bring their little daughter behind the counter? Isn't this a Federal office? Isn't this against the rules? What about security for our mail? Now how about the idiots that double-park in the red zone out front and no one is out there policing this? And to top it off, let's just talk story and socialize about where they're having lunch and their new car outside while we all are STILL waiting! And there's this other counter person that needs to find a clue on getting her attitude adjusted and do something with her wild hair that's pinned up like she's doing housework at home. Isn't their a dress code/appearance policy? And don't even try to pick up your hold mail within a 30 minutes time limit. I believe they have sloths working back their sorting stuff out. But like someone else pointed out, nothing will ever be done.
