  • Horrible customer service. They were late by two and a half hours came by lift car. Tore my washer apart. Told me I needed a new moter and my twenty five year old washer would not be covers by my home warranty. Told him the washer was only three years old and under home total repair or replacement policy. Say he would tell me more tomorrow. Said yes they would pay to fix. He orders part. My 72 year old mother called a week later to check status on part. He then yelled at her said he didn't care if it took five weeks to come he didn't need her s?@t. Or business. So choice called while she was on phone he acted same way. They called another company. Don't use them they abuse the elderly. Going to contact bbb. Maybe contact 13
