  • I have lived at Cimarron for the past year and I really don't want to leave! I am only leaving because I'm upgrading to a larger apartment. It's such a nice and quiet complex. The office and maintenance staff are all wonderful and friendly. When you tour their model, what you see is what you get. No surprises. You get a clean and ready to go apartment. The location is fantastic for catching all of the events downtown without having to worry about driving anywhere. You can even step out to the sidewalk to watch the fireworks during 4th of July. They also have a few community events throughout the year which are really cute and fun. I'm really going to miss living here. I'm even going to miss the nice and familiar neighbors I see walking around. If I'm ever in the market for a 1 or 2 bedroom in Mesa again, I would definitely come back here. I think they should be top-rated every year!
