The staff at Barrow and particularly Dr. Luis Manuel Tumialan was abysmal. After not getting a call back to me for a couple of days we set an appointment. I describe my healthcare as Tricare which she says she accepts. The appointment was a couple of months out but was willing to wait in spite of my back pain. At 3:30 the day before my schedules appointment Sherry calls to tell me that they do not accept my insurance. To make this worse, to enroll in Barrow you have to fill out their on line questionnaire that takes about 45 minutes of pain staking minutia... which includes WHO YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER IS!! what a nightmare!
So now I am back to square one.. with the same back pain. Just avoid these guys.
