| - I just came back from a recent trip to Toronto and I had a very pleasant stay at the Four Seasons. From start to finish, everything was professional. The overall aesthetic of the hotel screams luxe. The staff is very professional and accommodating when it comes to satisfying the guests needs. I had the pleasure of dining at Café Boulud and the food was everything you can imagine, especially since it bears the name of French chef Daniel Boulud (which I might add, I've dined at his New York locations as well). The sommelier was very helpful in selecting wine for dinner. Along with Café Boulud, the cocktail lounge by the reception, D Bar, was a wonderful little place to relax, unwind, and have a few cocktails. I liked that they have a nice selection of craft cocktails, charcuterie, small plates.
Before I left, I was able to book an appointment at the spa. The appointment I booked was for an hour long aromatherapy massage. After getting off the elevator on 19th floor (where the spa is located), I was greeted with champagne by an attendant waiting in front of the elevator and escorted to the reception room. At the very entrance of the reception room I was given slippers as another attendant, took my coat, shopping bag, handbag, and shoes and showed me to the refreshment station. The massage was ok--nothing that I'd rave about. I've had better massages. Regardless of the massage, I enjoyed my experience at the Four Seasons.
