This place is awesome! If you dont have much time to get a workout this is the place to go. They have workouts scheduled every 40 minutes in morning and afternoon. They have great trainers who show you how to do various workouts. Theee is people on every level and no judgemwnt is given or allowed, just positive re-inforce. It feels like more then a workout class because we get to know each other at the gym, but also connected on social media. I feel alot better since the month ive started going and have dropped some lbs. If i would stick to the food regime they supply i wouldve lost more weight.
