PLEASE STOP HARRASSING ME BECAUSE I CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT.
There was an emergency that I had to attend to so my priorities changed!
You threatening and bulling me by saying you're gonna send me to collection for your cancelation fee is not gonna work. I found and contacted you yesterday 5/26/18 (maybe around noon or later)and the appointment was for 3:30pm 5/27/18. I called early In the morning (7-8hrs before appt) to cancel... I would have given the 24hr notice if i would have known or was told about it during the booking process which btw would not work in this case if you do the math.
The representative that I spoke to in the morning said she will waive the fee... how dare you (the owner, I'm assuming) call me and say that you're gonna send me to collection for your fee?!
Customers should be allowed and will have to cancel do to unforeseen circumstances and YOU should not make them feel bad, threatened or bullied.
I found you on Yelp and trusted the good reviews and ignored the bad... that was a mistake on my part.
Learn a little bit about customer service and maybe you wont have to worry about getting a bad review. HOW DARE YOU... shaking my head!
