  • I was at Fashion Show doing some shopping so I thought I'd drop in ask about a ring I wanted to get rid of since they do that commercial on the radio about buying diamond and gold. The blonde woman who "helped" me was SO incredibly condescending. She had such a bad attitude and made me feel AWFUL. She acted as if I was an idiot and talked down to me. I got the feeling she thought I didn't have money to buy anything or that I was an idiot and didn't know anything about jewelry. She told me if I "wanted money" to just go to a pawn shop. The only reason I even WENT IN was because they have that stupid commercial on the radio and I happened to be at the mall. I left feeling horrible that I even went in to ask anything. Teach your sales staff not to be such horrendous human beings.
